Structure and method for automatically closing and locking door sill
The structure comprises a first door frame and a second door frame, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the first door frame respectively, the first rotating shaft is provided with a first pin shaft and a first shaft sleeve, and the second rotating shaft is provided with a second pin shaft and a second shaft sleeve. The first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve are located at different positions of the door frame so that the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft can not be concentric, and when the door fence is opened, the upper portion and the lower portion of the door fence deviate by 6-8 degrees. A locking plate is arranged at the top of the second door frame, and a locking groove is formed in the top of the door fence, so that the locking plate enters the locking groove, and the door fence is locked; automatic back closing of the door is achieved by changing gravity center deviation when the door leaf is opened, synchronous automatic locking of the door fence is achieved by designing a locking structure, the requirement that part of the door fence needs to be normally closed but cannot be locked is met, the situation that a normally-closed door fence or a safety linkage door fence is opened illegally is avoided, and the safe use performance of the door fence is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种自动关闭并锁定门栏的结构及方法,包括第一门框和第二门框,第一门框的上部和下部分别设有第一转轴和第二转轴,第一转轴设有第一销轴和第一轴套,第二转轴设有第二销轴和第二轴套,第一轴套和第二轴套位于门框的不同位置,以使第一销轴和第二销轴不同心,在门栏敞开时,门栏的上部和下部之间偏移6~8°;第二门框的顶部设有锁止板,门栏的顶部设有锁槽,以使锁止板进入锁槽,从而锁止门栏;通过改变门扇开启时的重心偏离来实现门自动回关,并通过设计锁止结构实现门栏同步自动锁定,满足了部分门栏需常闭但不能锁死的需要,解决了常闭门栏或安全联锁门栏违规敞开的情况,增强了门栏的安全使用性能。
