The invention discloses an energy-saving type fill roadbed drainage structure and a construction method, the energy-saving type fill roadbed drainage structure is characterized in that a plurality of layers of roadbed fillers and a plurality of layers of geogrids are sequentially and alternately laid to form a roadbed until the filled roadbed fillers reach the designed roadbed elevation, and strip-shaped fixing plates are respectively arranged at two transverse end points of each layer of geogrid; the top surface of the topmost roadbed filler is horizontally arranged, a base layer and a road surface are paved on the topmost roadbed filler, and a drainage pipe is embedded in the second layer roadbed filler and is used for draining seepage water into a left ditch or a right ditch at the bottom of a roadbed slope; therefore, the integrality of the roadbed filler is enhanced by arranging the geogrid structure which is low in price and excellent in performance, and particularly, the geogrid is in the concave quadratic parabola shape, so that the tensile property can be exerted, differential settlement can be reduced, and damage to the drainage pipe can be avoided, and therefore, the roadbed filler has the use advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to construct, low in cost, safe and reliable; and in combination with a corresponding construction method, higher economic benefits, energy-saving and environment-friendly benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种节能型填方路基排水结构及施工方法,包括多层路基填料和多层土工格栅依次交替铺设形成路基,直至填筑的路基填料达到设计的路基标高,每一层土工格栅的横向两端点分别设置条形固定板,最顶部路基填料的顶面为水平设置,其上铺筑基层和路面,而第二层路基填料内埋入排水管,用于将入渗水排进路基边坡底部的左边沟或右边沟;因此,本发明通过设置价格低廉、性能优越的土工格栅结构,来加强路基填料的整体性,特别是土工格栅为下凹二次抛物线型,能发挥受拉性能,减少不均匀沉降和避免排水管的损坏,故具有构造简单、施工便利、费用低廉、安全可靠的使用优点,其结合相应的施工方法,更具有较高的经济效益、节能环保效益和社会效益。
