Pipeline excavation asphalt pavement repairing method
The invention discloses a pipeline excavation asphalt pavement repairing method which comprises the following steps: S1, milling and crushing an original road structure layer by layer to generate an old asphalt pavement waste material and an old base waste material; s2, a groove is excavated downwards in the top face of the original roadbed, a pipeline is laid, and the groove is filled to the top face of the original roadbed; s3, treating the waste materials of the old base layer to form recycled aggregate, and then mixing to prepare self-compacting concrete; s4, a self-compacting recycled concrete base layer is formed above the backfill material; s5, the old asphalt pavement waste materials are crushed and screened into first waste materials with the small particle size and second waste materials with the large particle size; s6, heating the first waste material, adding a first aggregate, adding asphalt and a regenerant, and mixing to form a medium-grain type regenerated asphalt mixture, so as to form a regenerated medium-grain type asphalt concrete surface layer; and S7, heating the second waste material, adding a second aggregate, adding asphalt and a regenerant, and mixing to form a fine-grained recycled asphalt mixture and a recycled fine-grained asphalt concrete surface layer, thereby finishing pavement repair.
