The invention relates to a high-safety protection device for bridge protection, which comprises shells and rubber columns, the shells are sequentially spliced to form a cylindrical shell, a section of arc-shaped buffer block is correspondingly arranged in each section of shell, a plurality of extrusion units are arranged on each section of arc-shaped buffer block, and each extrusion unit comprises a rubber pad, a bearing pad, a connecting block and a connecting column. The rubber pads abut against the outer wall of the pier, every two adjacent sections of the shell are connected through a connecting assembly, arc-shaped notches are formed in the two ends of each section of the shell, and every two adjacent sections of the shell are spliced to form an arc-shaped groove. One part of each rubber column is attached to the corresponding arc-shaped groove, the arc-shaped buffer blocks corresponding to every two adjacent sections of shells are connected through the rubber columns, and the ends of the arc-shaped buffer blocks abut against the outer walls of the rubber columns.
