The overflowing slag collecting weir comprises an overflowing weir body, a flow channel is formed in the overflowing weir body, water flow flows through the overflowing weir body through the flow channel, a protective screen plate used for blocking rock ballast is installed on the inner wall of the flow channel, a containing groove is formed in the top face of the overflowing weir body and located on the upstream side of the protective screen plate, and the overflow weir body is provided with an overflow opening. A communicating hole communicated with the flow channel is formed in the inner wall, close to the flow channel, of the containing groove, a collecting frame used for bearing rock ballast is inserted into the containing groove, a filling opening is formed in the side, close to the flow channel, of the collecting frame, and a push plate and a driving device used for driving the push plate to do transverse reciprocating motion are arranged on the upstream side of the protective net plate.
