The invention discloses a toe board and carriage structure applied to strongly weathered or strongly unloaded bedrock, a carriage is additionally arranged at the bottom of the downstream end of a toe board, a joint water stop between the carriage and the toe board is arranged at the joint of the toe board and the carriage, and two peripheral joint water stops are arranged between the toe board and a reinforced concrete panel. The peripheral seam surface flexible waterstop and the peripheral seam bottom copper waterstop are respectively arranged; the toe board is provided with double water stops at the expansion joint of the toe board, and the first water stop of the toe board is embedded into the bulge of the flexible water stop at the surface part of the peripheral joint; and two ends of the second water stop of the toe board are respectively welded with the copper water stop at the bottom of the peripheral seam and the water stop of the seam between the carriage and the toe board to form a closed water stop system. The bottom of the downstream end of the toe board locally lies downwards, the size requirement is met, stress deformation of the panel is facilitated, and meanwhile the thickness of the toe board is effectively reduced. The problems that in existing engineering practice, the geological condition of a toe board foundation is poor, the excavation amount is large, a high slope is likely to be generated, meanwhile, the corresponding dam body filling amount is increased, and then the engineering investment and the safety risk are increased are solved.
本发明公开了一种应用于强风化或强卸荷基岩的趾板、拖板结构,趾板的下游端底部增设拖板,趾板与拖板相接位置设置拖板与趾板间接缝止水,趾板与钢筋混凝土面板之间设双道周边缝止水,分别为周边缝表部柔性止水和周边缝底部铜止水;趾板在趾板伸缩缝处设双道止水,趾板第一道止水嵌入至周边缝表部柔性止水的鼓包内;趾板第二道止水两端分别与周边缝底部铜止水和拖板与趾板间接缝止水焊接,形成封闭止水系统。趾板下游端底部局部下卧,满足尺寸要求,且有利于面板受力变形,同时有效减少趾板厚度。本发明解决了现有工程实际中趾板基础地质条件较差,开挖量较大,易产生高边坡,同时相应坝体填筑量增加,进而工程投资和安全风险增加的问题。
