The invention provides a combined bulkhead gate, relates to the technical field of drainage treatment equipment, and aims to solve the problems that when a gate is needed for flood drainage and flood discharge, a gate plate is still in a blocked state when being withdrawn from a gate opening due to accumulated sludge and sundries, so that the gate fails in flood drainage and flood discharge, people need to enter water for cleaning, and danger is likely to happen. Comprising a gate frame; a gate plate is vertically mounted in the gate frame; a lifting shaft frame is longitudinally and fixedly mounted at the upper end of the gate frame; sliding seats are fixedly mounted at the lower end of the front end side wall of the flashboard in a bilateral symmetry manner; and a shifting shaft is rotationally mounted between the front ends of the left and right sliding seats. According to the invention, the shifting plate performs the turnover reciprocating action from the vertical state to the front horizontal state, so that sludge or sundries accumulated on the front side of the gate frame are shifted, the sludge or the sundries are loosened, the sludge or the sundries can be washed away after the gate plate is opened, the discharge port of the gate is prevented from being blocked, and smooth water discharge of the gate is ensured.
