本发明涉及一种水利工程用水文环境治理设备;本发明构思新颖,结构巧妙,实用性强,通过伸缩机构在伸缩过程中带动圆管上的挡板转动实现,在伸缩机构伸展时区域挡板水平,增加打捞面积但同时也增大了圆管之间的间隔,此时挡板的区域水平增加圆管与水藻的接触面积,使得装置在打捞水草时不会因为支撑点间隔增大而影响打捞效果,同时在伸缩机构回缩时挡板逐渐转变为竖直,同时水平团状的水藻在此过程中逐渐转变为波浪形,配合挡板的限位实现对波浪形的水藻进行控水挤压,使得打捞完成即实现水藻控水,该装置高效快捷且适于实用和推广。
