The invention relates to the technical field of riverway treatment, and discloses a riverway sludge collecting device which comprises a supporting seat provided with a pump body, a stirring wheel is rotationally arranged on the supporting seat through a driving mechanism and comprises a plurality of stirring plates arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and filtering holes penetrating through the free end faces of the stirring plates are formed in the stirring plates. In the rotating process of the stirring wheel, sludge penetrates through the filtering holes to filter out solids in the sludge, a suction inlet of the pump body is connected with a sludge suction pipe in a sealed mode, and a pipe opening of the sludge suction pipe is located in a rotating area of the filtering holes; the scraping piece is arranged on the supporting seat and is opposite to the stirring wheel. By means of cooperation between the stirring wheel and the scraping piece, solids contained in sludge entering the pump body through the sludge suction pipe are greatly reduced, abrasion of the inner wall of the pump body and the rotor can be greatly reduced, and therefore the service life of the pump body is prolonged.
