The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete frame connected through grouting sleeves and an implementation method thereof.The frame comprises multiple layers of frame modules, each layer of frame module comprises multiple concrete module units and corridor components, and the corridor components are fixedly connected with the concrete module units; corbels are arranged on the side walls of the beams and the module columns on the sides, close to the corridor components, of the concrete module units; each corridor component is fixedly erected on a bracket of the corresponding concrete module unit, the length extension direction of each corridor component is perpendicular to the length extension direction of the corresponding concrete module unit, and the module columns and the prefabricated columns of every two adjacent layers are connected through grouting sleeve connecting joints. The adjacent concrete module units or corridor components on the same layer are connected through the connecting steel plates, the modules on the adjacent layers are connected in a grouting sleeve mode, safety and reliability are achieved, the overall mass is low, hoisting is convenient, materials are saved, the cost is reduced, overall prefabrication assembly is achieved, the wet construction amount is small, and rapid assembly construction can be achieved.
