Rotary amplified particle inerter damper
The invention relates to a rotary amplification particle inerter damper which comprises an outer circular ring, gears with large, medium and small sizes, an additional mass, a mass block, a spring, particles, a support, a threaded rotating rod, a base, a pin shaft and a steel sheet. The threaded rotating rod, the base and the pin shaft form a supporting structure and are fixedly connected with a main body structure to be damped, the threaded connecting rod is meshed with threads in the large gear, and horizontal movement of the main body structure is converted into rotation of the circular ring and the gears through interaction of the three gears. Compared with the prior art, when deformation displacement between structural layers is small, the rotation displacement of an energy consumption component can be amplified through a simple structural design, large inertial mass is provided, then a good damping effect is achieved, meanwhile, parameters of the damper can be adjusted by adjusting additional mass, and the damping effect is good. Therefore, different types of to-be-damped structures can be adapted.
本发明涉及一种转动放大的颗粒惯容阻尼器,包括外圆环、大中小三种尺寸的齿轮、附加质量、质量块、弹簧、颗粒、支撑、螺纹转杆、底座、销轴、钢片;螺纹转杆、底座、销轴组成支撑结构并与待减震的主体结构固接,螺纹连杆与大齿轮内的螺纹咬合,并通过三种齿轮的相互作用,将主体结构的水平运动转化为圆环以及齿轮的转动。与现有技术相比,当结构层间变形位移较小时,本发明的转动放大的颗粒惯容阻尼器可以通过简单的构造设计使耗能构件的转动位移放大,提供较大的惯性质量进而产生良好的减震效果,同时可通过调整附加质量调整阻尼器的参数,以便于适应不同类型的待减振结构。
