The invention discloses a combined structure of a large-span prestressed concrete member. The combined structure of the large-span prestressed concrete members comprises a plurality of member units, and the member units are used for being repeatedly arranged to form a building structure. Each component unit comprises a supporting part and a lap joint part; the supporting part is formed on the first side of the component unit; the lap joint part is formed on the second side, opposite to the first side, of the component unit; the lap joint part of one component unit covers the upper portion of the supporting part of the other component unit. The supporting part forms or is connected with a first positioning structure; a second positioning structure matched with the first positioning structure is formed or connected to the lap joint part; the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure form structural interference in at least two dimensions when one component unit is combined with the other component unit, so that the lap joint part is clamped to a preset position relative to the supporting part. The combined structure of the large-span prestressed concrete member has the beneficial effect that the combined structure of the large-span prestressed concrete member comprising the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure is provided.
