The invention discloses a modular variable sound-absorbing suspended ceiling and a construction method thereof. The modular variable sound-absorbing suspended ceiling comprises unit columns, a first truss, a sound-absorbing suspended ceiling body, a second truss, a connecting structure and a rotating structure. The connecting structure comprises a first truss and a connecting plate, the connecting plate is located in the side hole, the inner end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the unit column, a top plate is arranged at the top of the inner end of the first truss, a limiting plate is arranged at the bottom of the top plate, and the top plate and one end of the limiting plate are both fixedly connected with the first truss; the top plate is clamped to the top of the connecting plate, the limiting plates are clamped to the two sides of the connecting plate, a top hole is formed in the upper surface of the top plate, a transverse plate is arranged above the top plate, rivets are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the two ends of the transverse plate, rivet holes are formed in the upper surface of the connecting plate, and the tail ends of the rivets penetrate through the top hole and are clamped into the rivet holes. The modular sound-absorbing suspended ceiling connected through the mortise and tenon joint can integrate sound-absorbing equipment, sun-shading equipment and light equipment.
