According to the prestressed concrete laminated slab bottom plate with the three-layer reinforcement arrangement and the preparation method, the three-layer reinforcement arrangement mode is adopted, so that the resultant force center of one-way or two-way prestress is located on the center face in the thickness direction of bottom plate concrete or deviates slightly, and the prefabricated bottom plate can be prevented from warping and cracking. A traditional lifting hook and a concrete protective layer cushion block can be used in the prepared concrete laminated slab bottom plate, and a lifting hook assembly with the lifting hook and the cushion block prefabricated into a whole can also be used. The lifting hook assembly can improve the anchoring effect and the lifting reliability of the lifting hook, facilitates binding and fixing of the lifting hook, prevents the cushion block from losing efficacy due to movement of the cushion block, ensures that the cushion block plays the role of a traditional concrete protection layer cushion block, and ensures that the thickness of a concrete protection layer is accurate. The method for preparing the concrete laminated slab bottom plate is simple and mature in process, good in quality, high in efficiency, low in cost and safe and reliable in hoisting, the required construction temporary support distance is large, supports can be saved, and therefore the comprehensive construction cost is reduced.
三层布筋的预应力混凝土叠合板底板及制备方法,采取三层布筋的方式,使得单向或双向预应力的合力中心在底板混凝土厚度方向的中心面上或偏移较小,可防止预制底板翘曲和开裂。本发明中制备的混凝土叠合板底板可以使用传统吊钩及混凝土保护层垫块,也可以使用将吊钩和垫块预制为一体的吊钩组件。吊钩组件可以提高吊钩的锚固效果和起吊的可靠性、方便吊钩的绑扎固定、防止垫块窜动造成垫块失效、确保垫块发挥出传统混凝土保护层垫块应发挥的作用、保证混凝土保护层厚度精准。采用本发明制备混凝土叠合板底板,工艺简单成熟、质量好、效率高、成本低,起吊安全可靠,所需的施工临时支撑间距大,可节省支撑进而降低综合建造成本。
