And the thermal insulation material is arranged between the upper panel and the lower sealing plate. According to the cover plate provided by the invention, the framework is mainly made of an FRP material, and the heat-insulating layer is made of a light heat-insulating material, so that the anti-freezing heat-insulating cover plate capable of bearing load can be realized; the device is simple in overall structure and reasonable in design, and the final size of the cover plate can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to a use scene.
