The invention discloses a traditional abandoned industrial building transformation process capable of reducing construction waste. The traditional abandoned industrial building transformation process comprises the following steps that S1, a first rectangular through hole is machined in the bottom of an inner side partition wall of an abandoned industrial building, and a supporting rail is installed; s2, a supporting seat is placed below the inner side partition wall, and rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the supporting seat; s3, the inner side partition wall is separated from the top face of the waste industrial building; s4, the bottom of the inner partition wall is separated from the ground; s5, pushing the inner side partition wall in the direction of the outer wall body; s6, a lower filling wall body is built between the inner side partition wall and the ground, and connection between the inner side partition wall and the ground is recovered; s7, foamed concrete is poured; s8, after the foamed concrete is solidified and formed, the formwork is removed; and S9, connection between the inner side partition wall and the top face of the waste industrial building is recovered.
