Inclined rail climbing curtain wall glass replacing system and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a building body glass curtain wall construction technology, and comprises an inclined rail climbing curtain wall glass replacement system, a glass hoisting system comprises a plurality of glass lifting supports which are distributed along the eave wall of a building body at equal intervals, and a set of glass lifting device is further included; the suspended working platform system comprises an electric suspended working platform and an inclined rail crawling system, the inclined rail crawling system comprises an inclined rail assembly extending along the eave wall of the building body and an electric rail climbing device assembly, and the electric suspended working platform is connected with the electric rail climbing device assembly through a stay wire II of an electric cable assembly. A worker sits on an electric hanging boat to install the glass lifting device on a lifting support above a target window, then old glass and new glass are hoisted and transferred by means of the glass lifting device, and after all the glass corresponding to the lifting support is replaced, the worker carries the glass lifting device to the next place to work. The application of the glass replacing system not only can effectively improve the working efficiency, but also has higher safety.
