Horizontal layout design scheme of high-rise electromechanical stereo garage using load automatic carrying equipment
A plane layout design scheme in a high-rise electromechanical stereo garage utilizing load automatic carrying equipment is characterized in that an elevator deep well (G) is arranged above and below an elevator car carrying vehicle, parking spaces (D) are arranged at different levels on the side of the deep well (G), and the carrying equipment (W) is used for carrying the vehicle to run horizontally and forms a complete garage main body, and the carrying equipment (W) is used for carrying the vehicle according to a set program or is remotely controlled. A lifting tray (T) in a carrying device (W) lifts a vehicle (M) to leave the ground, and the vehicle (M) automatically runs in the horizontal direction through rollers (R), so that the vehicle carrying or no-load back-and-forth operation between an elevator car and a parking space (D) at an extremely close distance is achieved. And if only three cars are arranged on the ground, the beneficial effects that the floor height of 2 meters and at least two rows of 40 to hundreds of parking spaces in total can be formed on the structure, the condition of saving the ground is created, and the problem of large parking quantity is solved with the extremely small occupied area.
一种利用载重自动搬运装备的高层机电型立体车库中的平面布局设计方案:电梯厢载车上下的电梯深井(G)、该深井(G)边侧不同层次的停车位(D),以及载车水平运行的搬运装备(W),由该三者组成了该完整车库主体:搬运装备(W),依据设定的程序或被遥控,让搬运装备(W)中能升降的托盘(T)举起车辆(M)离开地面,并由滚轮(R)水平方向自动行驶,目的是:让电梯厢与停车位(D)两者之间极近距离的载车或空载往返运作。若仅以占用3个轿车排列的地面积,结构上就能形成2米层高、至少双列共40个至上百停车位的有益效果,创造了节约用地的条件,以极小占地面积解决停车数量大的问题。
