The invention discloses a lock body of an intelligent lock matched with mechanical lock priority control. The lock body comprises a shell, an inclined tongue and a square tongue, wherein the inclined tongue and the square tongue are mounted on the shell; the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism are arranged in the shell; the first transmission mechanism is matched with mechanical lock priority control; the second transmission mechanism is matched with electronic system control; under the linkage of the control action of the mechanical lock, the first transmission mechanism drives the dead bolt to stretch out or retract and drives the inclined bolt to retract; and the second transmission mechanism is connected between the control port of the electronic system and the latch bolt, so that under the signal action of the electronic system, only the latch bolt is driven to retract, and the extension or retraction of the dead bolt is not controlled.
