The invention discloses an alternative fuel pre-combustion device which comprises an upper volute mixing chamber, a middle rotational flow mixing chamber and a lower slope section, and an alternative fuel adding opening is formed in the upper volute mixing chamber. The alternative fuel pre-combustion device can adapt to most combustible materials to serve as alternative fuel of the cement kiln, and the burn-off rate of the fuel is increased.
