Method for rapidly repairing road cracks based on geopolymer modified asphalt
The invention discloses a road crack rapid repairing method based on geopolymer modified asphalt. The geopolymer modified asphalt is adopted as a repairing material; the geopolymer-based modified asphalt is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 94-96 parts of SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified asphalt and 4-6 parts of geopolymer modified powder by taking SBS modified asphalt as a base material and geopolymer modified powder as a modifier, wherein the geopolymer modified powder is prepared from the following materials: water glass, a NaOH solution, metakaolin, slag powder, silicon powder, steel slag powder and water. Compared with a common asphalt mixture, the modified asphalt disclosed by the invention has better high-temperature heat-resistant dynamic stability, cracking resistance, long service life and durability, and can effectively prevent the early rutting, pushing and water damage problems of an asphalt pavement. The rapid repairing method has the advantages of being rapid in construction, good in effect, low in cost and the like, resource recycling of novel industrial waste is achieved, and a new direction is developed for asphalt modification.
本发明公开了一种基于地聚合物改性沥青的道路裂缝的快速修补方法,采用基于地聚合物改性沥青作为修补材料;基于地聚合物改性沥青以SBS改性沥青作为基料,地质聚合物改性粉末作为改性剂,按以下重量份制成:SBS改性沥青94~96份,地质聚合物改性粉末4~6份;其中,地质聚合物改性粉末由以下材料制成:水玻璃、NaOH溶液、偏高岭土、矿渣粉、硅粉、钢渣粉、水。相较于普通沥青混合料,本发明改性沥青具有更好的高温耐热动稳定度、抗开裂能力、高寿命耐久性,可有效预防沥青路面早起发生的车辙、推移、水损害问题。本发明快速修补方法具有施工快捷、效果良好且成本低廉等特点,而且,实现了新型工业废物的资源化回收利用,更为沥青改性开辟了新方向。
