The detecting and repairing mechanism is located on the outer side of the box body and connected with an inner cavity of the box body through a material guiding pipe, the detecting and repairing mechanism comprises a plurality of spray heads which are communicated with one another, and the side of each spray head is provided with a detecting probe; the auxiliary mechanism is arranged on the surface of the box body, a discharging opening is formed in the box body, and the auxiliary mechanism is used for receiving materials discharged from the discharging opening; the technical key points are as follows: the detection and repair mechanism is designed, the infrared distance measurement principle of a detection probe is utilized to detect the pavement, and if the pavement is sunken, the pavement can be repaired in time by utilizing a corresponding spray head, so that the pavement can be repaired while the pavement flatness detection is realized; and the whole device can be automatically dragged to walk due to the design.
