The ramp vehicle stopping device comprises a lane with a gradient, and a containing groove crossing the lane is formed in the lower portion of the lane; the device further comprises a plurality of arresting cables arranged in the containing groove and a driving assembly used for tensioning the arresting cables, and the two ends of each arresting cable are anchored to the two side walls of the lane in the width direction correspondingly.
