The invention relates to the technical field of water and soil conservation devices, and discloses a water and soil conservation ecological protection slope which comprises a slope body and a slope surface. An inner drainage ditch is arranged in the slope body, a transition pipe is connected to the inner drainage ditch and penetrates through the slope body, and the end, extending out of the slope body, of the transition pipe is connected with a spraying mechanism. The slope body is provided with a slope surface, a water collecting groove is formed in the slope surface and communicates with the inner drainage ditch, a baffle is movably connected to the communicating position, and a pushing piece is arranged at the baffle and used for pushing the baffle to open and close the communicating position. By arranging the baffles and the pushing pieces, impact of river water on the slope surface is relieved, and plants planted on the slope surface or slope stone sand are prevented from being washed away by the river water; by arranging the water collecting tank, the inner drainage ditch, the transition pipe and the spraying mechanism, water flushed into the water collecting tank is pumped out to irrigate the slope planting area, and water resources are recycled.
