The invention discloses a lifting type ecological enclosure fixing anchor pile which comprises a connecting pipe joint, at least one connecting hole is formed in the upper end of the connecting pipe joint, and the connecting hole is connected with an ecological enclosure body through binding; the at least one telescopic pipe joint is arranged at the lower end of the connecting pipe joint in a sleeving manner, and the connecting pipe joint can operably slide up and down relative to the at least one telescopic pipe joint; and the at least one mortise lock structure is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the connecting pipe joint, and the mortise lock structure operably enables the connecting pipe joint and the telescopic pipe joint to be locked or unlocked. By means of the application, the fixed anchor pile structure capable of adjusting the height of the ecological enclosure is provided, and the length of the whole fixed anchor pile can be rapidly and conveniently adjusted to adapt to changes of the water level of a water body while the stability and the wind and wave resisting effect of the anchor pile are kept; therefore, the overall applicability of the ecological enclosure and the convenience of operation and maintenance are greatly improved.
