The invention provides a reusable anchor pipe device. The reusable anchor pipe device comprises an anchor pipe body, barbs and a driving mechanism. A plurality of windows are reserved in a pipe body of the anchor pipe body, and inwards-concave caulking grooves are formed in the positions, on the outer sides of the windows, of the pipe body. The barb is in a long strip shape, the shape of the barb is consistent with that of the inwards-concave caulking groove, when the barb is buckled in the inwards-concave caulking groove, the window can be closed, the barb and the anchor pipe body are matched to form a regular round pipe, and an upper buckle and a lower buckle are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner side face of the barb respectively. The driving mechanism can drive the upper portion of the barb to extrude outwards through rotation, the barb is formed, rotation continues, the lower portion of the barb is driven to extrude outwards, the barb is separated from the pipe body, the pipe body is recycled, reutilization of the anchor pipe is achieved, and cost is reduced.
