The invention discloses a slope supporting structure and a slope supporting method, the slope supporting structure is applied to a project needing to excavate a foundation pit at a slope toe, the slope supporting structure comprises a cast-in-place pile assembly comprising a slope toe cast-in-place pile and a foundation pit cast-in-place pile, the upper half portion of the slope toe cast-in-place pile is attached to the slope toe, and the lower half portion of the slope toe cast-in-place pile is inserted into the ground; the foundation pit cast-in-place pile is inserted underground and is attached to the side wall of the side, close to the slope toe, of the foundation pit; the slope toe cast-in-place piles and the foundation pit cast-in-place piles are arranged at intervals to form a slope toe platform; and the anchoring assembly comprises a plurality of slope toe anchoring parts and a plurality of foundation pit anchoring parts, the slope toe anchoring parts are arranged on the sides, away from the foundation pit cast-in-place piles, of the slope toe cast-in-place piles and are obliquely inserted into the side slope, and the foundation pit anchoring parts are arranged between the foundation pit cast-in-place piles and the slope toe cast-in-place piles and are obliquely inserted into the lower portion of the slope toe platform. In this way, the problem that in the project that the slope is combined with the foundation pit, the slope and the foundation pit influence each other, so that landslide is likely to happen is solved.
