Moisture absorption assembly and adsorption type water electrolysis system for taking water from air
The invention discloses a moisture absorption assembly which comprises a composite film and a water absorption material packaged in the composite film. The composite film is a super-hydrophobic porous composite film and only allows gas to permeate; the water absorption material is composed of a porous matrix and moisture absorption salt. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses an adsorption type water electrolysis system for taking water from air by adopting the moisture absorption assembly. The multi-component modular design is adopted, intelligent water quantity control, electrolyte concentration adjustment and electrolysis rate control are achieved, and meanwhile hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production device is high in purity and can be used after being simply dried; due to the design that the cathode chamber and the anode chamber are separated, hydrogen and oxygen are collected separately, safety is improved, and collection and utilization are easy.
本发明公开了一种吸湿组件,包括复合膜以及封装在复合膜内的吸水材料;所述复合膜为超疏水多孔复合薄膜,仅允许气体透过;所述吸水材料由多孔基质和吸湿盐组成。同时本发明也公开了一种采用上述吸湿组件的吸附式空气取水电解水系统。本发明采用多组件模块化设计,实现智能化进行水量控制,调节电解液浓度,实现电解速率的控制,同时由本发明的制氢装置制得的氢气纯度高,通过简单的干燥后即可进行使用;且由于阴极室阳极室分离的设计,分开收集氢气和氧气,提高了安全性且易于收集和利用。
