A flange floor drain structure used for a polyurethane bottom box and capable of absorbing errors is shown in an attached drawing, the flange floor drain structure comprises a pre-buried cylinder, a pressure-equalizing drainage plate and a shifting cylinder, the shifting cylinder is installed in the pre-buried cylinder, the pressure-equalizing drainage plate is connected with the pre-buried cylinder and installed above the shifting cylinder, the shifting cylinder comprises a shifting cylinder flange, and the shifting cylinder flange is connected with the pressure-equalizing drainage plate. The displacement cylinder flange is in lap joint with the pre-embedded cylinder, the pressure-equalizing drainage plate is screwed into the pre-embedded cylinder through threads, meanwhile, the pressure-equalizing drainage plate is installed above the displacement cylinder flange and makes contact with the displacement cylinder flange, a waterproof pad below the displacement cylinder flange can be tightly pressed, the waterproof effect is achieved, and meanwhile the aperture of the pre-embedded cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the displacement cylinder, so that the displacement cylinder is not prone to falling off. The contact area of the displacement cylinder and the pre-embedded cylinder is increased through the displacement cylinder flange, then the installation error of the floor drain is absorbed, the installation accuracy of the floor drain structure is improved, meanwhile, the anti-leakage effect can be improved, eccentric treatment is not needed, and the cost is saved.
一种用于聚氨酯底盒的可吸收误差的法兰地漏结构,如附图所示,所述法兰地漏结构包括预埋筒、均压引流板和移位筒,移位筒安装在预埋筒内,均压引流板与预埋筒连接,并安装在移位筒上方,所述移位筒包括移位筒法兰,移位筒法兰搭接在预埋筒上,均压引流板通过螺纹旋入预埋筒内,同时由于均压引流板安装在移位筒法兰上方,与移位筒法兰接触,可以压紧移位筒法兰的下方的防水垫,起到防水的作用,同时预埋筒的孔径大于移位筒的外径,通过移位筒法兰增加移位筒、预埋筒的接触面积,进而吸收地漏的安装误差,提高地漏结构的安装精准度,同时还可以提高防渗漏效果,且无需偏心处理,节约成本。
