The invention discloses a folding house capable of being quickly built and a building method. The folding house comprises a bottom plate, wall plates and a top plate, and the wall plates comprise a front wall plate and three side wall plates; a lower ring beam and an upper ring beam are fixed on the bottom plate and the top plate; and a driving mechanism is arranged at the joint of the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard. The building method comprises the following steps: 1) fixing the lower ring beam with the bottom plate, and fixing the upper ring beam with the top plate; 2) laying the bottom plate on the ground; (3) the front wall plate is laid on the bottom plate; (4) side wall plates are assembled; (5) the lower side of the lower wallboard is connected with the upper side of the lower ring beam through a hinge; the folding house is simple in structure and convenient to assemble, automatic unfolding is achieved through the driving mechanism, and therefore the folding house can be rapidly assembled and unfolded, the house can be rapidly built, and the building efficiency of the house is improved.
