An anti-cracking net is clamped on the inner side of the protective layer; positioning grooves are formed in the side face, close to the waterproof roll, of the parapet wall, the positioning grooves are horizontally formed, and at least one set of positioning grooves are formed in the vertical direction; and a positioning assembly for fixing the protective net is arranged in the positioning groove. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the problem that the outer side of the parapet wall is cracked and layered can be solved, and meanwhile the integrality and waterproofness of the parapet wall are improved.
