The embodiment of the invention provides a hinge base which comprises a first bottom plate, a first sliding groove with a downward groove opening is formed in the first bottom plate, and a first through hole is formed in the middle of the first bottom plate. The second bottom plate is located in the first sliding groove. The first end of the second bottom plate is provided with a first extending part, and the first extending part extends out of the first sliding groove. Wherein the second bottom plate is provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole. The first mounting hole is located in the first extending part and used for allowing a first screw to pass through. The position of the second mounting hole corresponds to the position of the first through hole, and the second mounting hole is used for allowing a second screw to pass through. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the hinge base can be quickly mounted and dismounted through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole in the hinge base, so that the mounting and dismounting efficiency of the hinge is improved.
