The invention relates to a preparation method of multilayer ceramic, the multilayer ceramic and application of the multilayer ceramic. The preparation method of the multilayer ceramic comprises the following steps: heating and mixing 20-50 parts by mass of ceramic powder and 9-60 parts by mass of wax material to obtain slurry; preparing a ceramic membrane material by using the slurry through heating tape casting; the multiple ceramic membrane materials are stacked and subjected to thermocompression bonding, and a multi-layer ceramic green body is obtained; and sintering the multilayer ceramic green body. In the preparation method of the multilayer ceramic, the wax material is used for preparing the slurry. In the process of stacking and thermocompression bonding the multiple ceramic membrane materials, the multiple ceramic membrane materials can be fused into a whole under the thermocompression bonding effect, an adhesive or an additional bonding layer does not need to be used for bonding the multiple ceramic membrane materials, and the product is not prone to cracking in the subsequent sintering preparation process of the multi-layer ceramic.
