Imitated solid wood reinforced wear-resistant composite floor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an imitated solid wood reinforced wear-resistant composite floor and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of reinforced composite floors. The invention is used for solving the technical problems that the hierarchical structure and hierarchical raw materials of the consolidated composite floor need to be improved, and the flame retardance, the strength and the waterproofness are expected to be improved through the modification of a cross-linked interpenetrating network or an adhesive. The composite floor comprises a stain-resistant waterproof film layer, a tackifying weather-resistant curing layer and a flame-retardant reinforced base material layer from outside to inside, a flame-retardant reinforced adhesive in the flame-retardant reinforced base material layer makes up the risk that crystal water in the magnesium chloride-based adhesive is evaporated and exploded during hot pressing, wood fiber powder is well bonded, meanwhile, the flame-retardant reinforced adhesive and the magnesium chloride-based adhesive form a cross-linked interpenetrating network, and the flame retardance, strength and waterproofness of the base material layer are improved; and due to the introduction of the stain-resistant waterproof film layer, the stain resistance, the water resistance and the wear resistance of the composite floor are improved on the basis of protecting the tackifying weather-resistant curing layer.
本发明公开了一种仿实木强化耐磨复合地板及其制备方法,涉及强化复合地板技术领域。本发明用于解决强化复合地板的层级结构和层级原料需要进行改进,以期通过交联互穿网络或者胶黏剂改性,来提高阻燃性、强度和防水性的技术问题;复合地板由外到内包括耐污防水膜层、增粘耐候固化层和阻燃增强基材层;阻燃增强基材层内阻燃增强胶黏剂弥补氯镁基胶粘剂内结晶水在热压时蒸发爆板的风险,对木质纤维粉进行良好粘结的同时,与氯镁基胶粘剂形成交联互穿网络,提高基材层的阻燃性、强度和防水性;耐污防水膜层的引入,在保护增粘耐候固化层的基础上,提升了复合地板的耐污性、防水性和耐磨性。
