Sports floor rubber with stable size and production method thereof
The invention discloses a stable-size sports floor rubber, which comprises a wear-resistant surface layer, a pressure-resistant enhancement layer and an elastic foaming layer which are sequentially laminated from surface to bottom, and the wear-resistant surface layer comprises a dense woven fabric layer and a wear-resistant plastic layer which is positioned on one side of the dense woven fabric layer and is compounded with the dense woven fabric layer through a melt of the wear-resistant plastic layer. The wear-resistant surface layer of the sports floor rubber with the stable size comprises the dense woven fabric layer, and by utilizing a composite structure of the dense woven fabric layer, the wear-resistant plastic layer and the pressure-resistant enhancement layer, the size stability of the floor rubber comprising multiple layers of plastic is improved, and particularly the size stability of the high-elasticity wear-resistant plastic layer is improved. The invention further discloses a production method of the sports floor rubber with the stable size.
