Alkali-activated slag concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses alkali-activated slag concrete and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-activated slag concrete is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: cement, water, recycled coarse aggregate, fine steel slag aggregate, slag, an additive, water glass and modified glass fiber, and the preparation method of the modified glass fiber comprises the following steps: impregnating glass fiber in methyl hydrogen silicone oil, taking out and drying to obtain pretreated glass fiber; the pretreated glass fibers are soaked in an elastic solution, taken out and dried, and the glass fibers are obtained, and the elastic solution is mainly prepared from acrylic emulsion, styrene-butadiene latex, calcium sulfate whiskers, an elastic agent, water and kaolin; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the recycled coarse aggregate, the fine steel slag aggregate, the slag, the additive, the modified glass fiber and the water glass to obtain a mixture; and mixing the cement and the water, and adding the mixture. The concrete disclosed by the invention is relatively good in waterproof performance and compressive strength.
