Installation method of river-crossing steel truss bridge
The invention relates to an installation method of a river-crossing steel truss bridge, and relates to the field of bridge building construction.The installation method aims at solving the problem that the installation efficiency of the steel truss bridge is low and comprises the steps that firstly, lap piles are built in the middle of a river channel, and the steel truss bridge is conveyed to the lap piles from the two sides of the river channel; a calibration mechanism for enabling the two groups of steel truss bridges to be accurately butted is arranged at the top end of the lapping pile; (2) erecting frames are built on the two sides of the river channel, conveying mechanisms are detachably arranged on the erecting frames, and the steel truss bridge is conveyed through the conveying mechanisms; thirdly, the steel truss bridge is hoisted through a hoisting machine, and the steel truss bridge is placed on the conveying mechanism; and fourthly, the two sets of steel truss bridges are accurately in butt joint on the lap-joint piles through the calibration mechanism, after the steel truss bridges are installed, the conveying mechanism is disassembled, and the steel truss bridges are fixed. The steel truss bridge has the effects that the steel truss bridge is more stable in the installation process, and therefore the installation efficiency is improved.
