The invention relates to an asynchronous construction method for a bridge cable bent tower and an upper cross beam thereof, which comprises the following steps: S1, when a tower column of the cable bent tower is constructed to the upper cross beam, pre-burying a plurality of connecting units on the inner side surface of the tower column for connecting a plurality of triangular support brackets below the upper cross beam; s2, a plurality of connecting sleeves and reserved pipeline holes are arranged in the positions, corresponding to the upper cross beams, of the inner side face of the tower column; s3, after tower column construction is completed, the triangular supporting bracket comprises an upper bracket support and a lower bracket support, and each bracket support is correspondingly connected with one connecting unit; s4, the main reinforcements in the upper cross beam are connected with the connecting sleeves, and then the main reinforcements and the remaining reinforcements of the upper cross beam are bound; connecting the prestressed pipeline in the upper cross beam with the reserved pipeline hole; s5, first-batch concrete pouring and curing of the upper cross beam are carried out, tensioning is carried out after curing is qualified, second-batch concrete pouring is carried out after strength is qualified, and tensioning and grouting are carried out after curing is qualified; and finally, the triangular supporting bracket is dismantled.
