Silty-fine sand roadbed compaction detection method and system
The invention provides a silty-fine sand roadbed compaction detection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring detection position information of a plurality of detection positions and detection vibration signals corresponding to the detection position information in the compaction operation process of a road roller; inputting the detection position information and the detection vibration signal into a compaction quality continuous detection index model; wherein the compaction quality continuous detection index model comprises a standard curve and repetition period data; and comparing the detection position information and the detection vibration signal with a standard curve or repetition period data, and judging the compaction quality detection result of each detection position of the roadbed. According to the method, the roadbed compaction quality continuous detection model including the bottom layer roadbed filling quality, the vibration frequency, the amplitude and the vehicle speed is established, the influence of bottom layer filler on the compaction quality continuous detection value is reduced, meanwhile, the influence of vibration compaction parameters is also quantitatively considered in the compaction quality continuous evaluation model, and therefore the continuous detection precision is high.
本发明提供了一种粉细砂路基压实检测方法及系统,该方法包括:获取压路机压实作业过程中的多个检测位置的检测位置信息和与检测位置信息对应的检测振动信号;将检测位置信息和检测振动信号输入压实质量连续检测指标模型;其中,压实质量连续检测指标模型包含标准曲线和重复周期数据;将检测位置信息和检测振动信号与标准曲线或重复周期数据对比,判断路基的每个检测位置的压实质量检测结果。本发明通过建立了包括底层路基填筑质量、振动频率、振幅和车速的路基压实质量连续检测模型,见笑了底层填料对压实质量连续检测值的影响,同时在压实质量连续评估模型中也定量考虑振动压实参数的影响,因此连续检测精度较高。
