The waterproof coiled material comprises a tire base layer, the upper surface and the lower surface of the tire base layer are each covered with a modified asphalt moisture guiding layer, and the surface of each modified asphalt moisture guiding layer is covered with an isolation layer; the modified asphalt moisture guiding layer is composed of an inner modified asphalt layer and an outer modified asphalt layer. The prepared waterproof coiled material is low in water absorption rate and good in self-hydrophobic performance, the oil locking capacity of the impregnated tire base can be kept after the waterproof coiled material is used for a long time, the water absorption rate of the impregnated tire base can be reduced, it can be ensured that the coiled material is kept in a low water absorption rate state for a long time under the synergistic cooperation of the inner modified asphalt layer and the outer modified asphalt layer, and therefore the performance stability of the material is kept.
