The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated wallboard and an assembling method thereof.The concrete prefabricated wallboard comprises a seat body, a body and a warning rod, the seat body is fixedly connected to the ground, a positioning groove is formed in the end, facing the body, of the seat body, the positioning groove vertically penetrates through the seat body, and the positioning groove is used for placing the end of the body so that reinforcing bars can be accurately inserted into sleeves; a mounting opening is formed in the groove wall of the positioning groove, the axis of the mounting opening is horizontal, the warning rod is connected to the inner wall of the mounting opening in a sliding mode, and the sliding direction of the warning rod is parallel to the axis direction of the mounting opening. When the body is installed, a mirror does not need to be repeatedly moved, whether the reinforcing bar is aligned with the sleeve or not is observed, only the body needs to be placed in the positioning groove, operation is easy and convenient, the construction efficiency is improved, and the warning rod slides in the installation opening to judge whether the body is vertically installed or not.
