The putty-puttying-free ceiling board process comprises the following steps that S1, a base layer is installed, specifically, a keel is fixedly installed on the top face of a building through hanging rods; s2, gypsum board installation, wherein a gypsum board layer is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the keel; s3, plasterboard surface layer treatment, wherein the surface of the plasterboard layer is coated with a water-based penetrating agent; s4, glass fiber layer installation, wherein a composite glass fiber layer is bonded to the surface of the gypsum board layer through glue, and the composite glass fiber layer is formed by pressing multiple layers of glass fiber cloth; and S5, surface layer construction, wherein the surface of the composite glass fiber layer is coated with latex paint in a rolling mode, and a latex paint surface layer is formed. Compared with the prior art, by improving the moisture-proof capacity of the suspended ceiling and replacing putty with the composite fiber layer, the anti-cracking capacity of the surface of the suspended ceiling is effectively improved, meanwhile, the construction technology of the suspended ceiling is simplified, the construction time is saved, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
