The invention discloses a prefabricated wall with a combined metal formwork arranged in a wallboard prefabricated section, which comprises a wall body formed by one-time curing, a reinforcement cage and the combined metal formwork are arranged in the wall body, the combined metal formwork comprises a plurality of metal formwork units, the metal formwork units are independently arranged, each metal formwork unit respectively defines a space, and the space is arranged in the space.
