The waterproof decorative plate mechanism comprises decorative plate bodies, an air storage notch is formed between every two adjacent decorative plate bodies, every two adjacent air storage notches form an air storage groove, and the notch of each air storage groove is covered with a shielding net plate; and the water retaining fan is embedded in the decorative plate body and used for forming airflow flowing from the groove bottom of the air storage groove to the groove opening at the air storage groove. The waterproof decorative plate has the effect that the joints between the waterproof decorative plates are not prone to water seepage.
