Construction method of combined type splicing formwork for building
In order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, light-weight formwork modules are not applied to mass concrete construction, the construction method of the combined splicing formwork for the building is provided, a combined splicing type cantilever formwork assembly is applied, and the combined splicing type cantilever formwork assembly is formed by splicing unit formwork bodies and connecting devices; each unit formwork body is composed of a formwork supporting system and a surface layer formwork. Each formwork supporting system is provided with two same supporting assemblies which are supported at the positions, 50 cm away from the edge, of the formwork. The unit template bodies are connected with one another through connecting devices respectively to finally form a whole capable of extending in the left-right direction and the up-down direction; the technical scheme has the advantages that a steel pipe waling is replaced by the formwork supporting system, so that the installation cost of the formwork is greatly reduced; a single block splicing form is beneficial to mounting and dismounting, so that the construction efficiency is improved, the turnover speed of the template is greatly improved, the structure is ingenious, the operation is convenient, and manpower and material resources are saved; the device is flexible, multipurpose and wide in application range.
本发明要解决现有技术中的缺少将轻量化模板模块应用于大体积混凝土施工中的技术问题,提供一种用于建筑的组合式拼装模板的施工方法,应用组合拼接式悬臂模板组成,组合拼接式悬臂模板组成由单元模板体和连接装置拼装形成;每个单元模板体由模板支撑系和面层模板组成;每个模板支撑系有两个相同的支撑组件分别支撑在模板的离边缘50cm处;每个单元模板体之间再分别通过连接装置相互连接,最终形成能够在左右和上下方向上延伸的整体;该技术方案的优势是以模板支撑系代替钢管围囹,大大减少了模板的安装费用;以单块拼装的形式利于安装和拆除,提高了施工效率,大大地提高了模板的周转速度,且结构灵巧,便于操作,节省人力物力;灵活多用,应用范围广。
