The invention relates to a ladder main body, a ladder joint and a ladder. The ladder joint comprises two ladder main bodies and a ladder joint for connecting the adjacent ladder main bodies, the ladder main body comprises a longitudinal support body; the longitudinal support body is provided with a slot; the slot is positioned at the end part of the longitudinal support body, which is used for being butted with a ladder joint; the ladder joint comprises two insertion parts used for being inserted into the insertion grooves; the insertion part is provided with a free end and a fixed end opposite to the free end; the insertion part is provided with a first side surface opposite to the bending direction of the ladder joint; the first side surface of the insertion part comprises a first section and a second section, and the first section is concavely arranged; the first section extends from the fixed end of the first side surface of the insertion part to the free end; the first section and the second section are sequentially arranged in the direction from the fixed end to the free end of the insertion part. According to the ladder joint, the phenomenon of stress concentration of the ladder joint and/or the ladder main body at the position is avoided, so that the ladder joint and/or the ladder main body are/is prevented from being damaged or damaged.
