The pre-tightening assembly is used for adjusting the pressure between the first friction plate and the second friction plate, is located at one end of the first friction plate in a non-energy-dissipation damping working state, and comprises a pre-tightening bolt penetrating through the first friction plate and the second friction plate and a pre-tightening nut in threaded fit with the pre-tightening bolt; the limiting device comprises a limiting shaft assembly fixedly connected with the first friction plate and a first sliding groove formed in the second friction plate, the first sliding groove extends in the first direction, and in the non-energy-dissipation damping working state, the limiting shaft assembly is located at the end, away from the pre-tightening assembly, of the first friction plate, and the limiting shaft assembly is in sliding fit with the first sliding groove.
