One end of the first connecting arm is hinged to the hoisting mechanism through a first hinge shaft, the middle of the first connecting arm is located on the left side of the hoisting mechanism, the other end of the first connecting arm horizontally extends towards the right side of the hoisting mechanism, and the upper end of the first clamping plate is fixedly connected with the other end of the first connecting arm; one end of the second connecting arm is hinged to the hoisting mechanism through a second hinge shaft, the middle of the second connecting arm is located on the right side of the hoisting mechanism, the other end of the second connecting arm horizontally extends towards the left side of the hoisting mechanism, and the upper end of the second clamping plate is fixedly connected with the other end of the second connecting arm; the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are oppositely arranged in parallel, and the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft are parallel to the first clamping plate.
