The invention relates to antibacterial ceramic glaze as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the antibacterial ceramic glaze comprises the following components in parts by weight: basic glaze and an antibacterial additive, and the mass ratio of the basic glaze to the antibacterial additive is 100: (3-8); wherein the basic glaze is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 28 to 35 parts of feldspar, 14 to 20 parts of quartz, 1.2 to 6.8 parts of talc, 8 to 12 parts of kaolin and 2.5 to 5 parts of clay; the antibacterial additive is aluminum diboride amp; the invention discloses porous copper silicate microspheres. The invention designs a novel antibacterial ceramic glaze which comprises a basic glaze material and an antibacterial additive, the basic glaze material is feldspar quartz, talc, kaolin and clay, and the antibacterial additive is aluminum diboride amp; according to the antibacterial ceramic glaze, the porous copper silicate is added, and the finally obtained ceramic glaze is high in antibacterial property, high in surface strength and capable of protecting a ceramic material for a long time through reasonable component proportioning.
本发明涉及一种抗菌陶瓷釉及其制备方法和应用,其中,抗菌陶瓷釉按照重量份数计算,包括基础釉料和抗菌添加剂,基础釉料和抗菌添加剂的质量比是100:3‑8;其中,基础釉料按照重量份数计算,包括:长石28‑35份、石英14‑20份、滑石1.2‑6.8份、高岭土8‑12份和粘土2.5‑5份;所述抗菌添加剂为二硼化铝&多孔硅酸铜微球。本发明设计了一种新型的抗菌陶瓷釉,包括基础釉料和抗菌添加剂,基础釉料为长石石英、滑石、高岭土和粘土,抗菌添加剂为二硼化铝&多孔硅酸铜,通过合理的配置成分配比,最终得到的陶瓷釉不仅抗菌性强,而且表面强度高,能够对陶瓷材料起到长久的保护性。
