Recycled aggregate durable self-compacting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses recycled aggregate durable self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof.The recycled aggregate durable self-compacting concrete is prepared from Portland cement, fly ash, tailing ore powder, modified recycled fine aggregate, gravel, a fiber expanding agent, paraffin, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and water; the modified recycled fine aggregate is obtained by coating and modifying waste concrete through sol. The self-compacting concrete obtained in the invention has relatively high mechanical properties, expansibility and segregation resistance. Meanwhile, the 28d impermeability grade of the obtained self-compacting concrete is P20, the lowest compressive strength loss rates are 19.2%, 5.0% and 11.8% respectively after the self-compacting concrete is oxidized and aged for 28d at-20 DEG C, 25 DEG C and 60 DEG C, and the durability of the self-compacting concrete is improved.
